Anytime you edit your ad to change pricing or description details, your ad will automatically jump up to the top of the list under the "Newest" tab, so to see the most recent updated listings, click on "Newest" as shown in the below picture.

This is the reason why you do NOT need to relist your ad when it scrolls off the page.
